Meetings for the exchange of knowledge
Project description:
This project organises a series of encounters and meeting forums where individuals from diverse backgrounds come together to share their experiences, perspectives, and forms of knowledge.
The aim is to foster dialogue across differences, encouraging participants to reflect critically on their realities while learning from others. These spaces bring together academic knowledge with lived experience, placing equal value on both.
Through discussion and interaction, the project promotes mutual understanding and supports more inclusive approaches to peacebuilding and social transformation.
Key concepts:
Exchange of knowledge (intercambio de saberes):
A process where different forms of knowledge: academic, local, and ancestral, are shared on equal terms.
Dialogue as practice:
Dialogue is understood not just as conversation, but as a structured process of listening, respect, and critical reflection. This activity can promote healing and rebuild connections.
