Katherin Galindo
Head of External Relations and Partnerships
She is responsible for all aspects of Identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships with public institutions, private organisations, and NGOs. She serves as the main liaison between the foundation and its allies for Malula, negotiating cooperation agreements, joint projects, and funding opportunities.
She holds a degree in International Relations and a master's in High Complexity Project Structuring from the Universidad del Rosario, her key areas of expertise are political, economic, and social risks, as well as public diplomacy and international cooperation.
Katherin has worked in Public Diplomacy for foreign diplomatic missions in Colombia, focusing on promoting culture and peace cooperation programmes. She has previously worked for a political risk consultancy firm, where she led research and projects on Colombia's political and socioeconomic contexts. Her work informed decision-making by various national and international organisations. She has also worked with the National Navy, writing analytical reports to contribute to national security strategies. Currently, she works in the Human Rights department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, focusing on implementing the Integral Security and Protection Programme for Communities and Organisations in the Territories created after the 2016 Peace Agreement.


Katherin is a founding member of Malula.
